The toothbrush
Proper brushing technique is among the first prerequisites for maintaining healthy teeth: first, it is always a good idea not to use toothbrushes with bristles that are too stiff and not to brush teeth with too much energy. In fact, in the long run, enamel wears away and teeth weaken, becoming more vulnerable to cavities and increasing their sensitivity to heat or cold.
Clean the surface of the teeth with “forward-backward” movements, then move to the inner surface by placing the toothbrush vertically.
Finally, clean the tongue with the toothbrush as well, so as to remove the many bacteria that lurk there and contribute to the problem of bad breath!
For effective brushing perform these steps 3 times a day for 2 minutes each.
